You decide, we guide you

Guidance & coordination

For couples who want to plan it themselves but not blindly. You choose the suppliers, we review them for you. Regular check-in meetings, contract and budget reviews, trusted supplier recommendations and coordination on the wedding day.

You plan it, we run it

On-the-day coordination

We handle the wedding day itself and nothing else. A month before, we go through everything you have booked to check it is properly organised, and on the day we're there to make sure it happens.

Consultancy

We're not part of your planning or your coordination, but we'll advise you on whatever you need: ideas you're short of, decisions that are stuck, specific advice.

    A first call with no strings attached — you tell us how you picture the day, we tell you how we work.

    A tailored proposal

    We put together a proposal with clear scope, timeline and a realistic budget. In writing, no small print.

    We get to work

    Venue, suppliers, design and logistics. You make the decisions that matter; we handle everything else.

  4. 04

    The big day

    We're there from set-up to the very end. If something goes sideways, you won't hear about it — we'll have fixed it.

Questions we get all the time

How much does a wedding planner cost?
It depends on which service suits you best. The important thing is that it doesn't change with the size of your budget — we work to a fixed price. We give you the full breakdown on the call where we get to know each other.
How far in advance should we book?
For full planning, a year ahead leaves us plenty of room. But if you want to lock in a spring or summer date, we'd recommend at least a year and a half.
Do you work outside Barcelona?
Absolutely. We've worked all over Catalonia, across Spain and in Italy too. Wherever you want us, we'll be delighted to come.
Can we book only the wedding-day coordination?
Yes, that's our coordination-only service. Have a look at service 3.
Do you only work with your own suppliers?
We have trusted suppliers we recommend because we know how they work, but you're not tied to any of them. If there's a supplier you've found yourselves, that's great — we'll just check they're a professional outfit.
